If I have my heels on, I'll usually keep them on... But that's if I'm wearing ones from my bedroom collection (as opposed to the ones I've worn outside) |

Glad i'm not the only one! 
Although I have a couple pairs with 7" heels that are impossible to walk in (for me anyway) that are strictly bed shoes!
Heels also make a great substitute for spurs |

Definitely keep them on! I will take some of the underwear off or push it down/up/across etc to gain access to vital parts, but always keep heels on and I don't do naked except with my long term partner. |
