So, if you could go back in time to give your younger self advice what would it be? Mine would be:

“Failing an exam to spite your teacher is fucking stupid”

“Don’t turn down the threesome your ex offers you with her best mate”

To 17 year old me.....

1). Take the fecking ring off when you’re putting up footy nets.

2). Trust your instincts with the blonde. She is a bunny boiler.

3). Spend more time with your Dad

1) Don’t marry the first man you meet

2) Live your life to the full

3) Study! And don’t take the easy option

4) Don’t spend your life pleasing others

There and to the left a bit

To 17 year old self - do NOT leave the Navy whilst still in training

If I followed that advice there wouldn't be any need for any of the other advice I'd need to stop off at various points and give

Don't marry because you feel you ought to. It's not enough.

Explore kinky shit sooner.

Realise God does not exist in your early teens.

Avoid the relationship with the person with BPD, it won't end well.

Go visit your bro while you have the chance..and tell him you love him.

And that fat arse you worry about will get thousands of likes one day!

Stop thinking your boobs are too wee. You'll thank yourself when your 40 and they're not droopy swingers

Have a bit of confidence for Christ sake
