I wanted to listen to The White Room by The KLF.
Not on Spotify
I'm thinking of writing to my MP. This is an outrage! Share if you agree!
So, when has Spotify let you down...?

"Unfortunately the royalties from Spotify etc is pretty poor.
Prince had to die before his stuff was added."
Now you point that out, I remember that the Beatles catalog only got added in the last year or so. |

KLF has always had their audience and their reunion a while back received international press coverage.
Although I agree that adding to Spotify etc would allow for more to get to discover KLF, I dont think they'll lose sleep thinking about it. |

"I wanted to listen to Far far away by Slade and thats not on spotify either "
Annoying isn't it? You end up listening to it on YouTube looking at an album cover or something. At least Far Far Away has a video.
It's a disgrace I tell ye!! |

Wish I'd caught the reunion.
Yeah I can't imagine them agreeing to measly Spotify royalties.
It's still an outrage though! |

I think that's what I pay... for all the music I want...
Current denial and outrage notwithstanding!

I still prefer to own my music, so buy the CD, and rip it to my server. But then I have to get it online to listen to it in my workshop, but Amazon My Music service is closing down (will still have stuff you bought on Amazon, but you can't upload other stuff to it in future)
Seems the whole world is going lease hire in the future... we will be virtual fans of virtual music. |

"Bonnie Prince Billy - I see a darkness. It's an outrage that that's not on Spotify "
I'd never heard that. What a weird video with the eyes - a bit freaky, like Aphex Twin freaky! |

Not if you actually buy it in the first place.
The whole world was always going to be lease hire. After the music industry destroyed file sharing and embraced paid for downloads, the next step was always going to be lease hire. The end result is the same though, you will never own it. Might as well just buy it in the first place. |

I remember Tomorrow's World telling us CDs are indestructible. Also remember plenty of CDs rotting from the inside and becoming unplayable. |
