OK so I'm confused,we have had pic's refused before due to people being in the background, yet the current most fabbed pic has about four people two of whom you can clearly see face's .it has over 4k fabs.
This is NOT a dig at the op.
But confusion as regards the rules? |

Have just looked and none of the people in the background are recognisable - in fact two of the faces have been blurred out - and think that's the distinction that is made i.e. are people in the background recognisable |

Your CSI software must be way better than mine, I can't make out what the other people's faces look like
But seriously: I think the rules are that identifiable faces have to be obscured somehow unless it's the person or people from the profile.

So did we blur them but got told that as they hadn't consented even though blurred it was declined.
This was a couple of years ago mind, things may be different.

So did we blur them but got told that as they hadn't consented even though blurred it was declined.

I think it comes very much down to the discretion of the person vetting the pics - if however you ever feel a pic has been wrongly rejected you can resubmit with an explanation I believe. |
