Brighton - even Hove!

No, your statement was not a statement of fact, it was an opinionated question.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

You need both sellers and buyers to make a market.

If you are referring to Fab then yes I would like to think it is a buyers market.

"You need both sellers and buyers to make a market. "

But does a market exist?

It depends what you're talking about. If it's Fab then there is a market of sorts. Or, maybe, Fab is addressing a market failure.

"I thought he was trying to sell his house "

I'm interested in buying a house! Where? How much? Does it have at least 2 bedrooms and a bathtub?

So far, not finding it to be a buyer's market around here.

Just be grateful your not in central

London ....it's just stupid at the moment!

It's all about postcodes and your intentions with the property you seek.

I've learnt over a good few years it's all about timing what you wish to do with the property

Considered a property which is not in the south east or possibly a convered airing cupboard, maybe a garage conversion, heard they are pretty popular in slough.
