Midlands

Park your car , walk to the beach , turn right and walk along the sand till you come to the naturist section , about 15 mins walk from the car park. Do this part clothed. When you get to the naturist part strip off and enjoy.

Central

Good information above. Take plenty of water etc, as it's a trek to facilities.

You will find a good number of meerkats, who will stick their heads up to stare at women, couples etc - I advise you to not do this. Find someone friendly and chat, enjoying the freedom and environment. I'll rub your sun lotion in. Much busier at weekends, as you might expect, when traffic gets heavier through nearby towns too.

Has anyone camped near there recently?

A fews years ago I stayed a couple of nights in the 'naturist field' of the mainly textile site to the left of the road/track to the beach car park - surrounded by a very high stone wall, a bit like being in a prison exercise yard!

it was ok, just wondered if there were any alternatives?

It's a wonderful beach and dunes and the weather forecast is fantastic for this bank holiday, give it a go, no pressure just relax and have fun, people are friendly there, we will be there all weekend, say hello if you see us.

We stay over in our campervan.

Go on, you know you want to ??
