Hi ****** . I read your profile and was very interested in the fact that you are a regular at ***** club . I would love to know more about clubs, mind if we have a chat ?

Show that you are interested in that person and have taken the time to find out about them. The idea you want to connect with them, rather than you are messaging every person in a 20 mile radius I think is the key.

Make reference to the profile you've looked at and make it about them. Ask them what would they like to know about you if they like the look of your profile too.
One thing I always add is the fact we don't get offended if it's a no. Be nice, keep it light, keep it interesting!
