It is way too expensive at the mo IMHO.
Besides, I am not comfortable to wear 3D glasses over my own glasses.
No doubt before long, there will be prescription 3D glasses, and the prices of the TV will go down.
Then I may think about it.

"Thinking of buying a 3D tv... Does anyone have one and if so how is it?? "
I don't have one, but i don't hear great things about them.. & as far as i know you have to have 3d stuff to play on it... like 3d bluerays, or sky 3d channels.... & as far as i know, they are still improving on the technology, so anything you buy now might be very out dated by the time 3d really takes off
just stuff i hear... with my ears

Are they worth it? At one time there was pretty good stuff on 4 channels, now there is crap on about 400 channels
I can barely be bothered watching anything in 2D so it would seem a waste to have an extra dimension of crap |
