Well I go to the gym at 10.30pm every night, half an hour after I go to bed and train for 26 hours, take a selfie and ten drink so many protein shakes that I die.

I go to the gym 4 times a week (or try to. Doesn't always work with my Rota and work schedule being a bit all over the place.)
I usually talk about it when the topic arises. It's not something I'm obsessed with so don't bring it up all the time.

Everyone where I live looks there going to the gym, cause they’re all wearing shell suits but they’re just off down to Greggs. I think they’re wearing them ironically. |

I used to go to the gym 3 times a week but I didn't talk about it a lot. It is boring though so now I do classes instead. Is that also boring  if it is I'm sorry! |

I have to admit to being bored by gym talk - a woman I work with is a gym bore but she looks good for it.
She's probably just as bored by the things I'm interested in.
She's obsessed with how she looks and what celebs are doing what and reality TV.
I REALLY don't care |

I don't stay at the gym for 24 hours you know...
usually 40 minutes during the week and 1h30 - 2h the weekend, so I'have tons of hours left to do other things.
And I go to the gym because it brings me a lot of hapiness, and help me to relieve stress. And I go to the gym because I got bullied in school for 10 years because I was really skinny.
And almost every sunday I go out all day long in London to do photography, so stop thinking that you can critize people like that and start using your brain. Thanks |

I fail to see how someone talking about going to the gym is a problem, or that going to the gym is a lazy way to keep fit.
Personally, I think it's important to try to keep fit and healthy, however you choose to do it.
I attend the gym for classes and to use the gym 4/5 times a week. That doesn't make me boring or super fit... I have many other interests in life.
