I know this should likely be in feedback forum but who here would like a "like" it similar button so we'd know when replying to someone that we've seen their reply...

How hard is it to scroll through a thread? They are limited to 175 posts now, but about 10 years ago they were pretty much endless sometimes

Life is all about ease and laziness now.

Instand gratification instead of long winded searching to see if someone has interacted with you..

Convenience society.

Well we have "like" buttons for photos

What about, "I've seen your comment and agree with it" button

Even though I don't partake in them, it could be fun in the Kiss, Fuck, Murder With A Pitchfork type of threads

There and to the left a bit

I'd prefer things to remain as un-Facebook like as possible to be honest.

Besides if there were a "like" button for forum posts you'd just get a similar situation to pic Fabbing where some single guys would take it as an indication of interest rather than a plain and simple appreciation of a post - so lots would avoid using it anyway.

As for an indication a message has been read, you have that already when it turns from yellow to white (that's if it's not marked unread again)
