Use lube so it doesnt happen! If it already has dab some lanacane ant-chafing gel on it. Stops it getting any worse so it can get better. Erm I asked a friend  |

Ice pack.. sounds extreme but seriously, it works! Wrap it in something lovely like a fleecy throw or just a soft towel, sit for twenty mins or so and you’ll be buzzing again in no time!..  |
