They didn’t transplant the donor testicles - the ethical questions surrounding this haven’t been resolved.

One off my dad's old friends was the 1st man in Northern Ireland to get a pump fitted.And it improved his whole life. All I can say is good luck to the man. And hopefully one day it be as simple as men getting a pump fitted today
