I think a lot of people put those warnings on their profile when they join because they see other people have them on theirs and think it's advisable. We had the Sydney Uni one on ours. Once we realised it was worthless we took it off.
It's your choice whether you meet people with warnings. |

What can I say? We were naive about these things when we first started swinging.
If anyone thought we were daft, fair enough. None of us come to internet contact sites knowing everything there is to know. |

"It is a bit annoying, especially when the legal stuff is 95% of the profile text and they have no pics!"
It can be annoying but if the rest of the profile is interesting and the pictures appealing we tend to give people the benefit of the doubt. |

Everybody's all blah blah blah, then someone like Martin Lewis will come along along and sue, make a precedent and everyone without a 'sydney suck my cok' paragraph, will lose out one million dollars. |

Hi didn’t bother us it was just an observation and thought I would share it. Nice profile by the way. |

My thoughts are a) it’s lazy, b) it shows a lack of thought and c) no one sues so shows lack of purpose. If she was good looking I’d probably give her the benefit of the doubt but a bloke? Instant block. |

Wow. Is it really that easy to get so exercised by what someone puts on their profile that it needs a thread complaining about it OP?
It's simple if you don't like what's on a profile why make an issue of it...
Just move on to one that does meet your exacting standards |

Crumbs! It's interesting to see how we would have been perceived when we first joined. Fundamentally we're no different now but perceptions of us will be different because someone took the time to point out that the legal warning was rubbish. |

Some people simply don't know what it means. We didn't so put it on for a while thinking it was a necessity, 'serious swingers seem to have it and we're just starting so let's do as they do'. It's all bullshit, we know that now, we don't use it as a filter though, they might be worth meeting, wouldn't judge them on that. |

Some obviously like to make others think they've always known everything. How silly the Rest of us are |
