Changes weekly. Last week I cycled 98 miles Monday to Saturday plus ran one lunch time and went to a tri club run session one evening.
So far today I've done nothing.
Just need to sort my diet out. There is no way I should be this fat! |

Ummmm, not nearly enough to be honest. We are both recovering from injury at the moment so the exercise is on pause. Sadly the waistline does not seem to care! |

If you were a serious athlete, I would say probably not. If you are just doing it for recreation/getting fit/feeling good, then it's enough if you feel that it's enough. |

I do between 30 mins and an hour of zumba most days. I also do hula hooping and a bit of yoga in between zumba days. Nothing gym related. I'm too lazy for that! |
