Realistically... Consuming more Calories is the only way to get big...
Liquid calories are a very good option...
why?
Because as a drink, it won’t fill you up like solid calories do... so you can easily add a high calorie weight gainer shake to every meal if need be...
I have CNP ProMass 2-3 times a day, straight after my meals... it seems to be doing the trick

People say that... but there’s no concrete evidence, apparently... there’s a few people on YouTube that give good advice for all aspects of diet and exercise...

basically, it’s bullshit... extra mass will be directly proportional to the calories you intake, as well as the protein you eat... and your natural hormone levels...
Consume more calories... train well, eat quality protein, avoid stress, have a good sleep routine |

For what they're worth, check out my pics... still got a little way to go in terms of mass. Looking to maintain an acceptable beach body into the summer, then I'm considering gaining for a couple of months before cutting and seeing where I end up, so I'm looking out for tips regarding the best way to do this.
