We had bbq breast of chicken, bbq pork ribs, gammon, corn on the cob and salad.
I fancy ice cream for some reason. |

It's easy. You boil the rice with a stock cube (I use chicken oxo). While it's simmering fry off some diced onion and peppers. Near the end of cooking the rice add frozen peas/sweet corn,or whatever veg you like, and once the rice and veg are cooked add the onions and peppers. I make a bbq version too with a bbq dry seasoning added to the rice during cooking. You could use mushrooms too. |
