19 years and married for 15, I'm amazed how many people comment along the lines of how good/unusual it is for today, when our relationship has never really felt like hard work.

I don’t regret my past, it’s what has made me the person that I am today. Without having had a marriage that wasn’t idyllic, I wouldn’t have grown and learnt what I really truely needed and wanted from a relationship. I wouldn’t have the marriage that I have now.
