A bit of work then cycled home. Hit a fucking puncture so had to fix that, swore at all the people o knew who cycled by and didn't offer to help. Got home, quick shower and now relaxing

Worked, walked home from work, fed the cats, loaded the dishwasher, put my laundry out to dry, cooked some food, ate some food and sorted out the recycling box. Exciting stuff!

Finished work. Lifted some heavy things and put them down again. Kicked a wall and a heavy bag for 45 minutes.
