As if I've just heard the reporter on Sky News talk about Daryll Rowe, the guy who was sentenced to life imprisonment for infecting 5 men with HIV, conclude his report by saying "It looks like he'll now be in prison for a very long time, where he won't be a threat to no one."

I doubt it. They wouldn't be allowed to be extra punitive like that. |

It was a joke. In reality they would only be able to put him on the hospital wing or solitary. That might be against his civil liberties or something like it.

Although that can happen I think he may be put on a psychiatric ward. I just read a little of the case and it's unbelievable. |

That's a real cock-up, he should have said "..he won't be a threat to anyone".
