Mine are orange today, I used to love having them gelled two weekly, now I have to do them myself and keep them shorter

Mine are short, odd shaped and clean, I can’t bear the feel of varnish on my nails, let alone all that gumph! I don’t know how you do it.

I used to get mine gelled, Shelac I think, but I couldn't bare it when she removed it, all that scrapping made me feel a bit queasy.

I'm envious.

I like how manicured nails look but my disposable income doesn't run to regular manicures and I'm rubbish at painting them myself. Currently they're nicely shaped but a bit grubby because I've been up to my elbows in muck and bullets in the greenhouse.

Mine are gel too and being redone Fri, after 3 weeks probably going for dark base (blue or green) and silver or gold print over that in brocade
