Hi all
Having not run properly for 6 months or so (through laziness and focus on weight training), I thought I'd give the couch to 5km a go on a rare Monday off for me.
I have to say session 1 was challenging enough for me! Was flagging towards the end but definitely enjoyed it and it has reinvigorated my love of running. I'm planning on doing session 2 on Wednesday evening.
Has anyone else had success with this, or similar, apps? |

Good for you.
Ive done c25k in the past and its a great way to build up your distance. I repeated a few weeks of it as wasnt ready to step it up but enjoyed doing it. Have since done a half marathon, but think it was more grit and stubbornness that got me through that lol.
Recently started running again and now use a Gymboss to run intervals.

A half marathon is brilliant going!
I'm taking small steps again but I'm definitely looking to build up to that sort of level.

The half was in memory of my mum, hence the determination to complete it. I'm certainly not at that level any more but hope to get there again.
Keep going at it and you'll get there.
