My sister took me to see Bambi, and I was the first one to start sobbing very loudly apparently. It was enough to set everybody off, she still makes fun of me about that now!!
I think I was about 4 or 5.
My first adult film was Desperately Seeking Susan lol. |

There and to the left a bit |
I had to be taken out of Bambi as I was bawling so much apparently - don't recall it but was probably my first trip to the cinema.
First grown up film I can remember being taken to see was Battle Of Britain.
First 18 rated film was either Porkys or a film called Private Lessons starring Sylvia Kristel no less!! |

Cant remember what it was called, but my earliest recollection of the cinema would be around 1971 and it was about Henry the 8th. I went with my sister, who was basically paid to make ourselves scarce whilst my mum dated my step-father. The film pretty much scared the fuck out of me as beheadings became ingrained on my mind. I don't think it would have been graphic maybe rated "A" but the implication shocked me. |
