Hello friends Fabbers and Forumites.

I see some of my rather lovely friends have had a less than splendid day .

Pooch and I have been off .We have walked miles and shared the simple pleasure of a beach walk .

It's good to get out and just feel the wind in your hair .

I've been a bit down recently well a lot down . today was a good chance to just think and be in the moment .

So for all our friends we are sending out a massive collective cwtch .

Join in and feel the welcoming warmth of a Welsh Cwtch .
