yeh it certainly is i live off about 3-4 hours a night usually "
I have a bit more than that just it’s broken sleep but hey ho I survive will go back to bed soon. Hope you get some more sleep

"I returned to work last night after 3 days Sick incl 1 in Hospital.
Existing back pain really playing up at mo, as can't take pain relief due to illness. Luckily a quiet night.
