Is your house a home or just a place you live in?

What makes a home?

Brighton - even Hove!

Family make a house a home in my opinion.

I call home about 70 miles from where I'm living, I said to my friends today "I wanna go home"

Where I live I wouldn't call home

Hiding in the shadows

My home is the place I live in with my children, wherever that may be.

But I'll always call the town I was born & raised in my real home, even though I've not lived there for 30yrs

Hey! You're back!

Home is our memories, where we are now, where we were then. And the accumulation of stuff, that's what makes our house a home

North Bucks

I have two homes. The house I live in where I feel happy and secure and the country I am from.

I wish I could go back and take my home with me.

as mine is attached to where I work and all info in it is book work and sleep, it's just a place where I live

"It's a home when my kids are here otherwise it's just a house"

This for me, too. If I'm honest I still mourn the loss of the marital home, partly because I loved it as a house and partly because of what it signified. But I know really wherever my children and I are together, that's home enough for me.

Are they guide dogs? If so, probably you would be lost...

But then you'd know that.

I live in my vehicle.. Love the freedom of it, parked next to beach or in the woods where i work... Four solid walls don t do it for me
