Do you have any unusual dreams? Repetitive, meaningful ones?

I used to have very realistic dreams when I was a teenager, always slightly different, but the theme was I was running late. The panic in my dreams were so intense and I used to wake up in a bit of a state.

In real life, I hate being late, would rather be somewhere stupidly early then risk bring 5 minutes late.

Reason I ask, is I had another of those dreams last night. I couldn't find my shoes for work, was running round like a mad hatter, constantly looking at the clock. When I woke up, felt a bit weird, unervy. But I understand why I've had this dream, due to go back to work tomorrow after having over a week off, but haven't had a 'running late' yet dream for years! Bizarre

I’ve often had dreams where I’m trying to pack for something - a holiday, moving house etc - and keep finding more and more things that I’ve forgotten. It feels really frantic and disorganised and is quite stressful at the time!

As a youngster I used to have dreams where I'd be walking along the road, the wind would pick up and I'd start flying. Made me feel sick!!

I tend to have bad dreams when I've got my period.

I had a bad dream about my youngest last night. Found it difficult to settle afterwards

I dream a lot, most I remember, the last week I've had lucid dreams which have been rather freaky (especially when you can honestly hear a riot happening outside your window but there's nothing there!) My dreams most definitely change depending on how I'm feeling!

I have quite vivid dreams and nightmares. The past few months I’ve been having more and more nightmares I suspect as life changing decisions and insecurities are beginning to bubble to the surface! Silly brain!
