My ex's stepmother had a garden full of asparagus and we used to pig out on it, literally just eat as many as we wanted for lunch, all young, tender ones too! Delicious!

Absolutely!! Roasted ..... slightly al dente. Wrapped in Serano ham..... squeeze of fresh lemon juice .... few parmesan shavings....cracked black pepper ...... awwwww yeah!!!

Ohhhh or deep fried in a really light tempura batter too!!
