Hi there we spent time swinging in Playa del Ingles last and although we managed to get some poppers from a sex shop in the Yumbo Centre it wasn't easy finding a place that sold them. Has anybody taken poppers to Gran Canaria either in their hand luggage or suitcase without being prevented from doing so by customs / Airport staff? Any feedback would be most welcome guys. Thanks. |

Ok some facts. The current formulation sold in the UK is isopropyl. This is foul stuff and poses a serious health risk too. Previous more palatable formulations like amyl and isobutyl are now illegal. The suppliers keep tweaking their formulations to stay ahead of the law but now they are basically dredging the gutter with isopropyl.
Other countries have different rules and you may be able to get better formulations. For example Canada still permits some of the older formulations. As to taking them on planes, I would be very cautious indeed not least because you are not allowed to carry flammable liquids, which they certainly are. The comment above about not being able to ban room odourisers is incorrect.
Finally most of them on the internet appearing to be classic brands like a Rush are in fact fake rubbish produced in Eastern European bathtub factories. Even if they aren’t isopropyl they are still pretty rough stuff.

It's a misconception they are banned, real popbpers amyl nitrate is banned for human use and sold as such. It's hard to get real strong amyl nitrite now. It used to be so good. Liquid gold sold in dodgy newsagents does the job but is not close to strong popbpers. Also it's a misconseption it's just for anal, ifs a big libido boost in a sniff gay people tend to know they best things to take for sex and it does help with anal |

Nope, the Liquid Gold sold in the U.K. has nothing to do with the original version, it is in fact now isopropyl based like all the other junk sold in the U.K., and is highly dangerous as per our original post. You cant buy proper amyl or isobutyl nitrite in the U.K. (unless you have a pharmacy or chemicals licence), and that is why it is necessary to purchase from abroad. |

I was prescribed an amyl nitrate spray when I was at risk of heart attack, fortunately I didn’t have to use it but I believe it’s supposed to relax you and drop your blood pressure. |

I have decades of experience in this field and the best advice I can give is, if you want to use them, buy the best quality possible. The French suppliers seem to do the best at the moment. |

Why on earth would you need to take them on a plane?
Sounds like a fast track to get on the no fly list and spend time being interviewed by the security services. |
