It all depends on the hair colour and skin tone of the wearer. I am a pale skinned brunette-ish with blue eyes - white makes me look awful. Red is great unless I get warm since my skin goes florid at the drop of a blush. Black works but makes me seem more gothy than I actually am so I err on the side of black and mix it up with jewel colours. I still haven't found the perfect midnight blue set yet though, and I want one too. Stomp.
