Right you creative lovelies, I’m a kooky, silly, sometimes serious, lover of laughing, can have fun in most places (had some hilarious escapades in supermarkets before), inventive and determined mo-fo and I’m generating some date activities and ideas. I’ve a fair few plans already but I thought, bouncing off your collective heads (fnarrr fnarrr) would perhaps result in some amusing additions.
Where can I take my new bloke or what can we get up to, when it’s my turn to be in charge? |

I’m trying to book one for all our friends to go on, it’s difficult getting everyone off at the same time though!!!
There should be a big fab social event at one
But anyway - go there!!! I loved them as kids. I work with kids and during the holidays we go on trips, and we went to one on Wednesday. I straight away offered to go up with the kids to keep an eye on them |

You're in London. Some weird museums and art galleries there for starters. Something more activity based? How about a BFI workshop or something? Or make hipster bingo cards and stake out somewhere they congregate. First one to collect the set has to shout 'HOUSEBOAT!' and the other one buys them something unicorn hued in celebration.
(I have never been on an official date so my advice may be somewhat useless) |

We love a walk along the South Bank from The Eye to Borough Market... few beers in The Market Porter then maybe on to the retro Flea at Flat Iron Square... bite to each... all round nice day.
So nice we are doing just this tomorrow. |

What is so amusing about your post is that I have already made hipster bingo cards for us to do in Shoreditch. You are such a kindred spirit!! But I love the houseboat shout! And always hue of the unicorn. Always. |

Museums and art galleries are a definite. I’ve made a jar of museums and/or exhibitions to see so we can pull one out on a card at a time to go do. |

One of the best nights out together we’ve ever had was at a comedy club.
Or if you want something a bit quirky look at virgin experience days. They’re usually around the £100 mark and have some great things to do |

Ski slopes for tubing? Or ice skating? Kind of romantic after sat by the fire warming up?
Zoo/safari park
Hire a pedalo or a row boat
Crazy golf
One of those pretend sky diving things
mario kart in a arcade - I've done this and my competitive nature made it so funny
Horse riding
Clay pottery studio you could make each other something
Shrek exhibition in London
I think I've exhausted all my ideas
|
