The smell I smell when walking toward the villiage shops, before 11am. Between late April/early June...
It's a combination of honeysuckle, dew, grass and other flowers that I'm not familiar with. Just beautiful on a warm, bright day
I love the smell of fresh laundry also. And roses, lavender and sandalwood and deep sea minerals. I could go on forever! |

A world all of his own |
Just remembered another one.
In the grounds of where I work, there's a hedge/large bush type thing (I'm no gardener, does it show lol) that doesn't flower at all, but lets out the most incredible fragrance in the autumn time only! |

I rediscover old favourites all the time... Yesterday we were out with the kids in wepre park, splashing in the little River, the place is covered in wild garlic, the smell is awesome...it just took me back to being a kid and running riot at loggerheads.

The cold green smell of a florists shop is one of my favourites.
I also have my nana’s Powder compact, when I smell it it takes me right back to my childhood. |
