there’s a rep who calls into our work, he’s one year older than me but has a face like an 80 year old man, cause from early teens he’s always sun bathed, and that’s the result, there’s no such thing as a healthy tan, your skins age gets accelerated and he is the result of extreme tanning.
yes, it does look good on the eye when you’re young but your skin will wrinkle far sooner that it should.
Personally, i’m not a fan of that overcooked looked. |

Don't think I've ever not got tan on. Can make you look and feel 10 times better. Can't beat a natural tan but St Tropez mousse the most natural fake tan I've found and it fades naturally and doesn't crack but St Moritz works nearly as good and it's only a fiver x |

I recently had my first fake tan and I loved it! Ads also had a fake tan recently. Not the best time to try one out (not his fault his sister slapped it on, forgetting he ISNT ginger like herself and put loads on) the night before our fucking wedding, thus far when I reached him at the end of the aisle, with the heat from the suit and lights he resembled an oompah loompa for a while lol.

I just need to look at the sun and I burn, and I hate the look of those white bum creases you see on some people with fake tans. Don't have the skills to apply it myself anyway, sure as hell not going to pay for one, so I'll stay white thanks |

"As a pale-skinned Celt, I learned a long time ago that the sun is not my friend. And can't be doing with fake tan, way too high maintenance for me." .
I'm with you on that front, I don't tan well anyhow so why bother is my motto |

"So everyone,
Tanning, fake or natural.
Do you like it or loath it?
Is it better to be pale?
What do you think?"
If the tan is fake, the person underneath it probably is too.... |

Prefer to stay pale...im a redhead so I stay out of the sun.
The sun is skins worst enemy and a tan is basically just skin damage ...i always get told I look young for.my age ...so I guess staying out of the sun has it's rewards |

How do you come to that conclusion then????
So because I have a spray fake tan every other week that makes me a fake person does it
Because I have fake gel nails every other week that makes me a fake person to does it |

I use fake tan, I like it. My Mr. doesn't, I do it for myself though.
I try and avoid tanning and using sunbeds as I know the risks associated with them. But taking the edge off the whiteness makes me feel so much better.
The trick is using a good quality one that has violet pigment in it, never looks orange and people never guess it's out of a bottle! |

I don't tan well all over, mainly go red and blotchy, which isn't a good look. So I don't try to get a tan in the Summer, if parts of me on show in clothing catch the sun, then fine, otherwise I try to stay in the shade and remain pale and interesting. |

I used to love my naked beach holidays and would pre tan on sunbeds beforehand. Unfortunately and in all probability this resulted in me being diagnosed with malignant melanoma. Unfortunately the end of my naked beach holidays. |

Im half Italian so I dont have pale skin. I don't sit in the sun however do get a bit of a natural tan whilst out cycling. I use sun factor 50 everyday on my face even in the winter. I like tinted moisturiser tanning lotions just to make me feel and look better. |

There and to the left a bit |
As an archetypal lobster on the beach tanning is beyond me naturally and personally can't be bothered with fake tanning methods - so I remain pale or slightly pink when I do catch the sun but don't seek it out - even on beach holidays I tend to sit in the shade most of the time. |

"As a guy, I’m not a fan of women wearing fake tan. The smell and the stains it leaves! No thanks! "
It's all in the quality of the product... I sleep in white bed linen.. no stains! I also smell like roses... |

I agree, it stinks, no getting away from it. Anyone who wears it regularly may become noseblind to it, but there's a distinct whiff which is potentially quite off-putting to anyone with a strong sense of smell. |

"I think too much natural tan isn’t good for your skin and the same for sunbeds.
I don’t like fake tan done badly as people look like an oompah loompah.
"
Yeah prefer pale over too tanned anytime |

I like a natural looking tan thòugh don't keep a tan long enough living in Scotland. Have occasionally done natural looking spray tans for weddings and Xmas night's out. Nothing orange or dark wood looking though just a subtle glow. |
