Anyone shed some light on what’s classed as smart casual for gatehouse as I’m thinking of going tomorrow and don’t want to be turned away? I was thinking jeans and dark t shirt

Not sure where or what gatehouse is but smart casual definitely isn't jeans & t-shirt.. even if dark. Trousers & shirt minimum
