It would have to be if payment for sex was done with the owners being the profit makers.
It doesn't make it a brothel if a woman asks for money whilst she's in there. That would make her involved in an act of prostitution.
It's not a brothel if a man offers someone money for sex either.
Only if the owner was making financial gain and was aware. |

No it's not. If people are paid to attend a club and fuck people who pay to go to fuck them, it's prostitution.
A place near me was closed because it had prostitute days. |

Bit different. The punter pays only to enter the establishment but sex (technically) isn't guaranteed. Prostitution is where the sex is paid for. |
