I remember a limited christmas dinner Pot Noodle being out years ago. It was turkey and stuffing, I loved it. Got my workmates to buy them all up for me because they were only out for a short time

The only reason it lasts longer is because it is airtight. There shouldn't be any preservatives added to tinned (or vacuum packed) anything. It is actually proven that tinned vegetables actually contain (naturally) more nutrients than fresh.
