It's from a cartoon, a spin-off of the story of Goldilocks. Everything is the same if I'm correct, but the bears are Italian and they eat spaghetti instead of porridge.

It’s a popular meme (if you don’t know what that is, google away) that has resurfaced recently and been adapted to fit many other jokes/meme formats. Up to probably many millions of views. I guess it’s akin to a funny quote you hear in a show and repeat in social situations.

I realise I sound like a mega nerd here, but I guess those over 30 don’t get into much internet culture. Just trying to help lol
