I wouldn't suggest walking out if you're a crane driver. |

There and to the left a bit |
Depends what the "piss taking" involves really OP - but best not to kick off and burn bridges and potentially place yourself as the wrong doer rather than the one being wronged.
Better to tackle it logically and calmly and make a case for whatever grievance you have with your manager, or if the manager is the one taking the piss with HR.
Any decent company has a grievance procedure that is there to be followed and that has to be treated seriously - just be sure you have a legitimate grievance and it's not just a case of whinging which we all do from time to time about our jobs |

Look for another job, once that's secure tell them what you think on your way out the door.
I've made a couple of dramatic exits from jobs in my time. The ranty email that tells them how you see it is quite therapeutic |

Talk to them or your boss. Piss taking is a form of bullying. Do you issue it out thow opp. At our place you need to take it if you issue it or they get it more |

Approach your manager calmly, think about what youre going to say beforehand and discuss the issues. Show him/her that you are an intelligent employee but also show you are not happy with current situation. If they are a decent manager they will listen to you. If not go above them. Failing that proceed to car park, piss all over their door handles and slash their fuckin tyres. |

Slough Windsor ish |
Depending what you meanby pisstaking and how they are doing it, you may have a good case for grievance... Bullying in the workplace that is not dealt with by management can be seen as constructive dismissal so tread carefully and dont react in anyway that might harm your case.
Seek advice from CAB or Acas.
Also bare in mind that if you walk out you will need another job as you will not qualify for any benefits for 16 weeks.... thats a hell of a long time with no money coming in, particularly if you have a family to support. |

Defiantely try to resolve it first op,like others suggested speak to a manager if there's an approachable one.If not HR,give them chance to sort it out for you, before you aka any rash decisions.
Good luck

"Have had a word with your line manager?
I'm sure he wouldn't want you to leave. "
Line managers and station manangers are a waste of time line manager spends most of the shift sleepin and the station managers not interested |
