I'm just in a bloody good mood today.
Everything is good. Even the not so good stuff.
I have music blaring, I'm cooking a nice dinner and the 4 million emails I need to write for work aren't even bothering me.

Aw kids make everything fun! "
Most of them do  some of them were messing around - I don’t blame them, we did a whole lot of baking and they weren’t overly keen to begin with, but if they didn’t bake, they didn’t get to eat! Luckily the kids know what to do, as I’m useless! |

I’m just absolutely hopeless of baking - my next door neighbours house burnt down when I was four, so I’m absolutely terrified of cooking/baking. I’m a pro at decorating biscuits with icing, making rice crispy cakes and making fudge, but making brownies, cookies and fairy cakes? Hopeless! |

You need to make sure the oven is at the right temperature before you put your cakes in, and then once they are in do not open the door until you are near the baking time. Losing the heat whilst you cook will kill your cakes. |

Ive got my kids tomorrow for a few days which makes me happy, so ive got a very old cook book out by fanny craddock ( one for the over 50s) and followed a recipe for donuts, my kids love em so today ive made some Donuts that taste like fannies im happy |

Sisters getting married. At least someone in my family is doing the relationship thing right.
So im happy for that.
