Young trans with boobs

As an older starter to being a TV I am amazed at these younger trans guys with amazing breasts, I love it!! Wish I had the balls to be like that.

My question is are you girls living permanently as trans or women? As with those breasts and most curvy bodies it would be shard to dress as men?
