Can't sleep

Due to having a sore head today and spending it sleeping I now can't sleep. Yet again watching zombie's on TV not helping

I had an accidental afternoon nap that went on too long. I've taken some valerian so hoping I'll feel ready for bed soon.

Was a late on last night and only slept for a couple of hours so after a day out with J today I came home and napped as soon as I knew he was home in one piece.

I say nap...I slept for about 3 and a half hours

I'm very much awake atm but feeling pretty tired so hopefully sleep will find me soon!

I'm a fairly consistent insomniac tho...
