I have a self converted VW T5. Fridge, gas cooker and diesel heater so quite comfortable all year round. You do still need an outside area to spread out into as otherwise it is too cosy. I have a big awning for that but only use it for two nights or more, it's a bit much for one night. Bags of space though.

I always envied the people in motorhomes when I was camping at Brands Hatch and Donnington for the bike racing. For me the VW does the job as it needs to be a daily drive as well.

Caravans dont rock so much as a motorhome. Caravans have steady legs. Ive played in both. You can always see who is as you pass a motorhome

We've been campers for years we have a VW T5 campervan it's getting on a bit now but still gorgeous we love it, it opens up life to the great escape, as often as possible. Its good for your well being and can intoduce you to a whole new world of sexy fun! Give it a go ??

My mate had a small caravan outside his house when we were 14... lost my virginity to one of his neighbours in it (she was 15)...

Not quite over the hill

Bongo here too. Converted as a camper, very cosy, just enough room for 2 even with the pop top.

It's boat sex for us but the wife has been saying we should get a motor home.

The island here sees a fair amount of these in the summer, you should make your way here .

It depends how good you are reversing with a caravan on the back. Mined you,you could always get a motor mover fitted.

I bought a used 2003 lunar 400 a few years ago. Spent my spare time converting it into a two berth and gave it an 80s retro look. Caravan cost 3k and spent about 1500 doing it up. It looks great, Patrick Nagel prints. Flock wallpaper and a gloosy red look. Its like stepping back 35 years.
