Beef joint soaked in red wine in the slow cooker for dinner tonight....all the trimmings and bread and butter pudding for afterwards.......and maybe a glass of wine, well the bottles open now ! |

I ended up with Fish and chips at the pub 
Don't get me wrong it was nice - but I doubt Jesus would have approved .
The roast looked a bit dry as we didn't get there till 3 and I didn't trust it!
Gutted 
I'm going to make a roast lamb with all the trimmings tomorrow now on principle!
