Are men in couples more grumpy than single men when they get no sex?

Men in relationships seem to be grumpier than genuinely single men.
Some swinging couples meet separately. The woman will most likely get many offers of sex and have a great time. But the man will be seen the same as a single man and likely get fewer offers of sex - or none at all.
Are the men in swinging couples sometimes grumpy because their woman partner is having lots more fun than they are?
Or such as non-swinger married men where their wife doesn't want to fuck them, so they have sex 'within reach' but they still can't have it?
Are single men less grumpy because they know they are unlikely to get sex so don't miss it the same? |

i did used to have a bit of the green eye monster at first, my wife was getting plenty of offers and i was getting none at all, ive come to accept that that’s just the way it is on here, we play together sometimes with another guy joining us, but most of the time, it is her having the fun and not me. |

We only play together as a couple, swinging is just a bit of added fun for us, at the end of the we dont have to let anyone into our private lives. I cant understand why people want to try and cherry pick one half of a couple sounds like a total lack of respect to me.

As a couple we only played together, or we didnt play at all.
though as a couple we found single men was an absolute pain in the arse with there pm's.
mainly asking to meet the female half of the couple, just some didnt like the answer. |

I have WAY more sex as a single man than I ever have in relationships - monogamous, non-monogamous, and poly (I've been in all three).
I'm not sure if there's any direct correlation between how much sex someone has, their relationship status and how grumpy they are to be honest - it's about happiness in life on a more general level in my view. |

I think what you say is true in a lot of cases, us personally not so much as we are stag n vixen couple and our main reason for being on here is for V to be able yo have sex with others outside of relationship. We both enjoy it. If there is someone I not comfortable with her meeting for any reason then i say and we move on. We could leave the site tomorrow and be very happy but for now we happy with how we do things. G |

My subjective experience has been that the single guys I’ve encountered on here are grumpier than the men in swinging couples.
However, it would be interesting to know how many of the single men I encounter who are grumpy are actually a man in a non-swinging couple rather than a single man...  |
