My diet in Miami and after getting back from Miami has been awful

You'll feel alright today, but when the DOMS kicks in tomorrow or they day after you'll really feel it.

Just a couple of light to moderate sets well short of failure and you'll be fine.

Unless you're a deviant who likes that sort of thing of course??

Did my first sesh yesterday after coming back from lazing on a boat in Cannes. My legs are killing! Shouldna drank all that Krug!
