"I’m thinking of taking my caravan to the Latitude festival. Any comments / tips ?
Get a camper van or motorhome. "
Well, you’ve really touched a nerve there. Too big an issue for Fab forum. It’s the sort of thing that needs to be thrashed out face to face!
Caravans - win every time. |

Don't be ridiculous man !
If we pull up in a field. I will have made a cuppa and be watching porn on the tv while you are still winding down your legs and connecting up ya pipes ! But yeah. This isn't the place to debate it. |

"Donington 1984. A great line up.
Also, Thin Lizzy's farewell gig at Reading. I cried."
Both great gigs I was there too. I used to love the reading festival |

Ma first ever was Led Zep at Knebworth in '79, have been to many since then, including all the Monsters of Rock at Donington which is just down the road from me. Not been to Download for about 3 yrs, as I prefer the Rock & Blues Custom Show at Pentrich, which is just up the road from me as well. |

Problem is,I just can't be arsed these days
Have done a few free festivals in the past,I guess Stonehenge the most memorable as an event, even if those memories are a tad sketchy! Party in the Park was fun,and seeing Mercury Rev a huge pleasure. |

Oh, I'm off to Barcelona next week for Primavera for the fourth time.
I'm not really into the massive festivals over here, there are lots of good small ones to go to.
Primavera rocks though, really looking forward to Spiritualized, Nick Cave and Bjork. |

Cropredy is fabulous and we’re looking forward to it again this year. Can’t get a much more easy going festival and this year’s line up is just up our street

We’ve been hoping to get to Shrewsbury for the last few years, but it hasn’t worked out for us to date. Hoping to get there eventually! |

Off to my fourth bloodstock in two months time. Been roped into helping run the FL bloodstock munch again. I don't mind, because it is the easiest social I have ever run.
Last years bloodstock was the best weekend of my life. Not sure this year will be the same, but I can try |

Yep, Bloodstock for me too. This will be my 13th year in a row. Not the strongest overall line up this year, but always a belting festival. |

The best: Phoenix ‘95. I was 13. I went with my mama. We saw Dylan and Public Enemy. I got my first taste of The Fall.
The worst: Leeds ‘06. I took Saff when she was 2 months. It was a wicked line up but I spent the weekend changing nappies or strapped to a grumpy baby.
The next: Download ‘19. The grumpy baby is now a fully fledged emo. Not strictly my taste but I want her to have a Phoenix to remember forever. |

Would say Slamdunk would be better festival emo music wise but atmosphere spot on...just don't mess up my track |

My brother had nothing but praise for SlamDunk however Saff is all about the boys in eyeliner. Black Veil Brides are her current loves and if they don’t make the lineup next year she’s gonna be gutted! |
