Give me Peppa pig over what I had to endure when my lad was young. Bed knobs and broom stick or just for a change grease. I had it over and over and over and fucking over again. Bet I could still tell you the world's to every blasted song. And yes I'm still traumatised. Love winding him up over it now though he's not far off 30. Trust me revenge is sweeeeeeet |

It was Thomas and Postman Pat when my boys were small.
And whenI do eventually have grandbabies they will not be allowed to watch the brain rotting garbage that is Peppa Pig, or the language killing rubbish that is In the Night Garden.
Believe me, neither serve no purpose for child development, research discovered that Peppa Pig was detrimental to child's psychological wellbeing.
I could of told them that without the thousands of pounds spent on research. |

I miss all that stuff. Being a parent to kids at that age is the best!
I really enjoyed taking my daughter to her first film - The Powerpuff Girls - which was possibly the most visually bizarre thing I've ever seen on the big screen. It was how I imagine an acid trip would be. |

Our kids are too old for that but I enjoy watching The Amazing World of Gumball on my own while I'm working during the day. Cartoon Network is one of my guilty pleasures
