That would depend on the speed of the belt. As long as the aircraft can achieve Vr speed then it can take off. |

yes, depending on the speed.

oops, our survey says youza wrong
technically an aircraft can take off from a standing position so long as there's enough airspeed or in this case headwind, - you'd probably crash a second or two later though |

As long as Vr speed was reached there would be enough momentum to rotate the aircraft when the pilot lifted the nose. |
