Hope they are well made. There's a few varieties, some silicone made and designed for pleasure and strengthening others are cheap plastic and sometimes connected by string. You can use them however you like though I have met women who have just used them as a strengthening aid (and I can say they work). For play, they should be weighted, so if you take a walk, natural movement should make them jiggle and result in a clench. For play, again if they are decent quality you can use them as 'jiggle balls' and use them as this, say if fingering (two fingers). |
