"She's galloping up and down the landing like a fairy elephant, attacking all her toys and demanding I play with her!
What got you going this morning? "
That’s an impressive trick
All my genitals do is stand up at unfortunate moments |

Take it out for a walk-the poor thing is probably just getting restless now the sun has come out. Try giving it a toy to chew on like a rubber chicken or something from Pets or Us |

She's on house arrest as she's a new cat - and the place is totally littered with toys of every description, even my relatives have to bring offerings of cat toys when they come to stay! |

That's a long time I thought it was only a couple of weeks you needed to keep them indoors. Ours was a scaredy cat as well,I miss lying with ours and having her rest her head on mine or lying in the sun with her. |

Oh of course you lost yours in the most horrible circumstances, I remember, so sorry. I was very lucky my best girlie was put down really quietly at home after 18 years with me.
I think it's a couple of weeks when you move house with your own cat, but when it's a new cat they need longer - the rescue centre said at least a month anyway, and I want to see her a lot more confident in the house before I let her out. |

Thankyou, yeah I'd love to get another cat but I can't chance that happening again. I now keep a small garden fork to hand in my garden incase it comes over again.
I remember when ours was on house arrest when we first got her and she did a poop that stunk the whole house out, silly me opened the front window to let it out and she saw the opportunity to leg it. All I saw was her flying off the settee out of the window.
Thankfully she found her way back,we didn't have any experience of cat's so learned a lesson pretty early on! |

Yes, they are like quicksilver - this place is like kitty Colditz at the moment, some extreme security measures installed! I think also having strayed once the rescue want to try to make sure they don't stray again. She's not looking to get out - she only goes downstairs under the cover of darkness still she's so nervous! I'm going to have to get some mesh for my velix windows though, or she's going to end up out on the roof waiting for the fire brigade! |

Aww hopefully she gets the courage to venture downstairs in the daylight soon, but if she does end up on the roof firefighters racing to your home can't be a bad thing surely! |

Ahhh Spring Fever... gotta love it. Mine are in the garden staring at next doors shed (there is mice under there). 2 hours in and there has been 3 dead mice on my kithen floor.
They were belting around at 4am chasing ghosts |

"Mine is in the garden killing small, defenceless creatures."
I remember my neighbours on the other side to the neighbours who's dog killed our cat, screaming over the fence one summers day after finding a dead bird that our cat was a murderer. I wouldn't mind but she wasn't the only cat around. |

Haha, yes, I think mine is running from ghosts! What amuses me is how they are so quiet and light of foot when they are running frightened or hunting, and galumph like an elephant when they are playing! |

I had one used to bring us mice at 5am and then sit under the bed crunching them up like pork scratchings! Horrible noise! |
