As most of you are aware from the threads, a trans woman and a member of our community as swingers lost her life last week.
Myself and _oodnitegirl have decided to do something productive and are hosting a social event to raise some money for a charity that helps trans people recover from these horrible attacks! We also want it to be an event where other trans people will feel safe and comfortable 
There will be a raffle on the night so any donations to that are welcome!
But mostly this thread is just to let you know that it's happening and that we really want us all to come together as a community and show our support and love!

"Well done. I read some of the posts and there were mixed feelings about the idea. I for one think that if even a small amount of support can come out a terrible event it's worth it."

It's not like we're gonna be naming her or have photos up or anything. But it was hearing about it that made us wanna do something! |
